Hello! My name is Lucia Fernandez, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I’ve been on a journey of academic excellence and professional growth of 8 years, practicing in Minnesota until 2022 and becoming a LMHC in Florida in 2023.
I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), mood disorders, and more. I specialize in anxiety and ADHD and am up to date on the most effective techniques today.
When I am not hanging out with you guys, I am loving on my dog Pisco, taking care of my plants, going out with my friends, and trying so hard to make this year the year I work out consistently.
I honestly believe that with the right tools, supportive guidance, and a willingness to have hope, there is nothing you can’t accomplish.
