CBT Group Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group therapy is a structured, supportive approach that helps people better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In a group setting, clients learn practical skills to manage emotional distress, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and respond to life’s challenges in healthier, more effective ways.
Group therapy also offers the added benefit of shared experience. Many people find it comforting to realize they are not alone in what they are struggling with. Sessions are interactive and skills-focused, with opportunities for discussion, reflection, and practice in a respectful, safe, and supportive environment. The goal is to help participants build confidence, emotional awareness, and coping strategies they can use in everyday life. All groups are facilitated in a professional, structured manner and for now, they are conducted in English only.
